This pack of cheesecloth squares has already earned a spot in our house and not just for cheese. With so many hands in and out of cooking projects, science experiments, and who-knows-what crafts, it’s the kind of thing we end up using all over the place. The cloths are thick enough to handle yogurt straining and nut milk-making without anything weird slipping through. The hemmed edges are nice, especially since anything without finished edges ends up unraveling in a day. These hold up well, even after rinsing and reusing a few times. Having twelve of them means we don’t have to choose between cheese and crafts, or cleaning herbs, or pressing tofu, or filtering the mystery kombucha batch someone left unlabeled. It’s the kind of supply that just quietly gets used until one day you realize you're down to the last clean one and have no idea where the rest went.

The quality of these cheese cloths is excellent and they work great for cheese making and straining other liquids, such as soups and broth. The edges are hemmed to prevent fraying and they seem very durable. My cheese did stick a tiny bit but there's not too much stickiness. I like the affordable price point. I washed the first few already and they come out clean and dry well. They also did not lose shape after washing. It's great to have a pack of 12 so that I always have a few ready to go while others are in the wash, and I have back up cloths for when the ones I'm using eventually give in. Sometimes I also double/triple layer my cloths when straining, so having more on hand is a must in my kitchen.

This cheese cloth is very good quality. I love that it’s natural. Easy to care for. It has instructions on how to care for it. Pretty easy to use. I love that it has no chemicals , no bleach, cotton material. Safe for food! This is my first time using it for making plant based cheese. It actually turned out to be great. At first I boiled it to make it sterile. Air dried it . Then after use I rinsed it and boiled it again . It’s pretty thick and doesn’t rip easily. It’s comfortable to manage on your hands. Doesn’t have little fibers that may come off and get in the food. It’s all together, in one sheet of cloth. It’s light in weight. Overall I think price is decently right for this type of cloth. It seems like it can last for sometime and I may upgrade later if I’ll get some difficulties .

There is nothing to hate and everything to love about these reusable cheesecloths. The edges are double-stitched and reinforced. The 100% unbleached cotton cheese cloth is perfect for making cheese, straining yogurt. I used one for squeezing water out of shredded zucchini to make fritters and it's the first time my zucchini fritters were truly crispy and perfect. So easy to use. I put the cloth in the bowl, put the zucchini on the cloth. Sweat the shredded zucchini. After 30 minutes I twisted the cloth and the water poured out. They're easy to clean. You can wash them by hand in the sink with some dish detergent, toss them in the washing machine (don't use fabric softener). If I've only used it for vegetables, I toss it in the top of the dishwasher. I have wasted so much money on the disposable cheese cloth at the store that you have to double and triple to get good filtration. I have tried other reusable cheese cloths that frayed and left threads in my yogurt. I am so happy to have found these and the price is absolutely a steal for the quality of the cheesecloths. These are a must for every kitchen.

I originally got these for juice making. Getting oranges/grapefruit/kiwi and using the bag to strain and juice the fruit. It's really convenient because you can shift things much easier than a strainer. These clothes have been perfect for it, though I haven't made much yet. They seem perfectly fine to reuse and didn't come with a factory smell of any kind.I also appreciate how compact the packaging was. They vacuum seal it to keep it very small.

High quality cheese cloths! I've gotten other much costlier cheese clcoth before that came without a hem and very thin and was a total waste of money. Love that these are hemmed and thicker weave! We've been using these with out stainless steel funnel strainer as the secondary more fine strainer for our raw milk. Using is as a single sheet let some debri get through so we folded it over (it's plenty big enough to do so) and that worked perfectly as a filter. I haven't used it for actual cheese making yet but I think it'll be great for that as well. Very happy with product thus far and will repurchase when I need to restock! (Oh, also it washed well, I didn't do anything special with them, just tossed them in with a load and they all held up great!)
