These work really well for the paper ones. I haven't used the reusable versions, yet. I have ordered the paper ones a few times. Storing cheese is easy and I love that it doesn't get dried out .... AND it doesn't get the "slime" if I store the cheese in a tightly sealed container. I will continue to order. Please don't ever stop making this product.

These bags are amazing. I have used them for a few years now . We buy bulk cheese from Costco . As soon as we open a package of cheese we store the remainder, still in the original cheese packing ( because it is airtight and makes sense to do so), in the Formaticum bag. The cheeses lasts a very long time. Loose cheese we also store in these bags and find that the blue mold doesn't form as quickly as other storage methods. The cheese stays fresh much longer.
