Works to heat but won't connect to a device like it claims. Otherwise does heat as expected.

Run for about 1 gal of diesel. After that no steady burn. Starts and shuts down every 5min.After investigation it seams that the pump location cases a lot of cavitation. Pump should not be running without some slope. Probably pump is worn out.Trying to return it - this is not returnable. Going to trash.Maybe I will give another shot. Replacing the pump and locate it outside the heater so it will be position close to vertical.I will but the more taller one - maybe the pump is better positioned….

There are some things that I like about the heater, it was pretty easy to set up and start, puts out quite a bit of heat, and some things I don't like, the instruction manual is pretty much useless, leaves out a lot of important information, but you can findout almost everything you need to know about them on youtube, and there are facebook groups, where you can ask questionsThe heating duct that comes with the heater, was too short for my instalation, had to buy some 3" dryer hose to set it up. The fresh air intake could be longer, I attached a longer hose to it, in order to keep the exaust as far away from the intake as I could. The remote control only has four functions off, on , temperatureup, and temperature down, if you want to cahnge any of the other settings, you need to go to the heater to do that.I have it installed in a 38 ft RV, and I find it needs to be run on high, if the temperatutre is much blow zero celsius, or 32 Fahrenheit, to keep the RV from being chilly, and that will burn a tank of fuel in 8 or 10 hours. but when it gets really cold, like down close to zero celsius, or -17 fahrenheit, I don't think it will put out enough heat to keep my RV comfortable, and will probally have to run my propane furnace. I bought this model, because it caomes with a power cord that can run it on house current, but found out after I purchased it , that its not a good idae to run it on AC, but on battery power instead, apparently if the power goes out, the heater can overheat, and be damaged.

We researched these products for more than 2 months. We read reviews, we watched 50+ YouTube reviews with it and we were convinced that it was perfect for us! We love to camp, we farm, so we thought it would work great for our needs!! We took it camping we spent hours trying to keepIt running it would stop/ start over and over and over !! We finally got frustrated bc it had become so late and we did have our wood stove so we just used that bc it was late at night. We get up next morning we r trying to enjoy the day when me and my baby r in the tent (mind u it was NOT running ) however the 120 plug it starts to sizzle , spark and then goes into flames!! So we have had this product less than 3 weeks, we tested it 2 times while out working the farmers market but it was shut off within 30 min each time due to it warming up so much outside! NC weather 20dg in the morning and by lunch 80dg anyway we had no issue the 1st 2 short uses but the one time we really needed it and it failed us and it was almost fatal bc we had just came back to camp 10-12 minutes prior and it was just me and the baby in tent my husband was still gathering stuff outside, but if we had not come back when we did our entire tent and items would have burned up!! No the heater was not inside the tent!!! It was outside with the vent being routed through the tents vent !! We had nothing around it again we camp a lot!!! We farmWe understand heaters !! So I am very disappointed with the product please others camping be aware when leaving your campsite and while u r sleeping …

The control is built in the front. First the LCD panel came delaminated and is so distorted you can bearly see it. Then the second time I used it one of the buttons on the panel failed and would not spring back out. Now it's useless andnon returnable. The heater part is standard and works fine.

An absolute must have in my truck camper. OEM furnace works but really wanted to try one of these heaters and could not be more impressed. Tank lasts about 2 nights in clod weather and much more specific on temp in the space. Had it out of the box and running in about 2 hours.
