Came with no directions at all but I already read how to hook it up. Red to positive, Black to negative on battery and blue to negative on motor. Works great looks exactly like the stock photo.

Just Follow wire color code directions and it will work. Used for Camper Fan that had only 3 speeds, variable speed is preferred.

The most important thing I can say about this is wire it correctly. To do so you must remove the ground wire for the motor from your vehicle. Thats not clear in the instructions. The motor gounds thru the switch itself on the blue wire. So, the red wire attaches to the vehicle hotwire and motor hotwire, the black wire is grounded to your vehicle and the blue wire is attached to the ground wire of the motor(not grounded to the vehicle). Do not ground the blue wire to vehicle! I burnt the first switch up doing that, yeah had to buy two switches.
