Complete set, part AUnfortunately, with the busy weekend I didn't get around to installing this fully like I had intended. So, spoiler alert, this will be a two-step review with me talking about the kit prior to instillation, and then once it is done, I'll come back and update with part B.In order to let you know my competence level, I can tell you that I have experience installing tons of automotive, powersports, audio/video equipment, and accessories for all of them, for many, many years.From when I first opened the box it appeared from the simple things about this kit like the non-descript., light-weight brown cardboard box, and the single piece of paper instructions that appear to have been printed on a home computer; that this kit was made in a home garage business. Well, there certainly isn't anything wrong with that approach when done right, but it does raise one's awareness right off the bat. I'm happy though to report that from the completeness of the individual parts included, logically put in separate zip-lock sealed bags, they were very through in the included components. And the quality of things like the battery cables are great. They have well-attached lugs where needed and good and thick heat-shrink insulators, very important. The main unit is mostly water resistant when installed, and in its sheltered location shouldn't present any issues. The aforementioned instructions are actually pretty complete with illustrations and hints for a good outcome. With much pre-assembly work already completed for you, you can think of this kit as a kind of an erector set with a roadmap to get it done correctly.I am eager to get this installed and try it out. I will report back soon to complete part B of this review.
