These were purchased to replace 5 year old heads that were no longer bright. They were easy to install and are bright. They are a cool white light and are dimmable.

These are nicely made, with metal cans. I think the temperature is accurate (supposed to be 4000K), but they could be a little cooler than that. They work well with an LED-compatible dimmer - they dim in a linear fashion until about 30%. Contacts seem to work well The light they throw is flat without rainbow effect.

I have an artist friend who paints the most exquisite scenes of the skies and mountains of the Southwest. With these lights pointed, and adjusted correctly, at my wall of paintings, I can see the nuances of the clouds that I completely miss with the regular recessed ceiling lights.

I got these for a 8 foot long H styled light track. They worked perfectly. The amount of light generated from them lit up my vaulted ceilings exactly as I wanted.Easy to place on the track with just a little twist.I would purchase again.

I replaced 30-year-old incandescent track light heads with these, and the difference is remarkable. Not only are these whiter in color than any of the old incandescent spot bulbs, they are brighter than the 40W bulbs they replaced. I was super surprised to see that they responded to the old-fashioned rheostat dimmer, and did so without a flicker.I like the housing, which swivels on a gimble but has exposed Allen screws that can be tightened down. The range of motion is better than the old heads. Definitely an upgrade!

I wish I would have taken a before and after picture to share how much better these look. We had the traditional track spot light fixtures which were great for their time, but compared to these are very primitive. These were exceptionally easy to install as they're designed to work in the existing track.The lights are solid built and really nice looking. They cast a very clean and defined beam making them perfect to accent a room or a specific area or item. They're notably smaller than the old ones but provid a much nicer lighting experience. The shorter hight helps a lot in low ceiling loft areas like in our home. I occasionally hit my head when up there walking around, but now there's enough clearance that I can comfortably pass right under the lights regardless of their direction.It almost sounds too extreme, but changing these lights makes our loft look like an entirely new room. In fact I liked these so much I purchased a similar single lamp ceiling mount fixture to replace the light for my kids little library/reading cave up there. (I included a picture for reference incase anyone is looking to make improvements in a similar type space.)

My old track light heads had the old halogen spots which were plenty bright and dimmable to a point. My only problem with them was that they produced so much heat we seldom turned them on in the summertime.On the other hand, the ELEGLO LED heads produce little to no heat and the light is crisp and clean. I also like the fact that they swivel a full 360° so I can shine light on the darkest corners of the kitchen and at only 12 watts these will definitely save money on energy bills. Completely satisfied with this purchase. Thanks Amazon!
