It performed. I was quite rough on the tool and bent some parts but I'll chalk that up to me being a tool goblin and abusing the F*** out of it w/ a mallet.

Yes. There are auto part stores that will loan you the tool to compress the cylinders for the electric parking brakes. When someone else hasn't borrowed them first then take their time to return it.This works perfect on a 2017 Subaru Legacy with electric parking brake.Works on the front brakes too.For $19 dollars ($18.95) its worth having around when needed.A lot less $$$ than anything else that will do the same job.Just an FYI.I was an Aircraft Mechanic for 20+ years (A&P).I know poor, average, and great hand tools.Not great, Snap-On quality, but definitely above average, equal to or better than Craftsman quality.

Just what you need to rotate the caliper cylinder as you retract it. It fit the rear calipers of my 2012 Focus with even using an adapter, but I have them for other vehicles when needed.
