No water level indicator such as the red floating ball which makes it a lot more difficult to see at a glance. Actually, the lack PREVENTS a quick glance to see the level. Clear fluid against silver? A guy must have designed this. But it fits with no leaks in our Crown Berkey.

Yes this plastic one will work, but I should have gotten the all metal one, as it also has the red ball to help see the water level where this plastic valve model does not. Bummer...

I wish it had a double sided sticky to adhere it to the can. Little wobbly. I love it any way.

I bought this at the end of April and was so totally satisfied but today it has started dripping!!! Quite a lot!

First of all, the little rubber part that is supposed to make it snug against the water tank doesn't work. Had to try the one from the original spout. And then the thing just didn't work altogether. Did not measure the amount of water in the tank - showed zero water in the display tube and the little measuring thing didn't move. Bad product, don't waste your money.

I’m glad I got this for my Berkey. It lets me know how much water I have left in my Berkey instead of having to guess or lift the top off to see how much water is in there. Get it, it’s a must have.
