About this item

  • Efficiently Removes Condensate from Gravity Drainage Equipments - This is a compact size condensate pump with 20 ft max lift and 132 GPH max flow rate for dehumidifiers, AC units, commercial ice makers, boilers and furnaces. It can meet the needs of the vast majority of household and commercial condensate water removal.
  • Automatic Drainage with Safety Switch and Alarm - There is no need to manually empty the reservoir, it will automatically detect the water level and pump water to prevent water overflow. If the speed of water inflow exceeds the speed of drainage, the bulit-in alarm will sound an alert to remind you. And you can connect the safety switch to the HVAC system to automatically shut off the appliances to prevent water overflow.
  • 3 Work Indicator Lights - In order to facilitate your use or diagnose faults, we have designed 3 work indicator lights on the panel. Green light indicates that the power has been connected, yellow light indicates that the pump is working, and red light indicates a risk of overflow.
  • User Friendly - Equipped with a 0.6 gallon reservoir, specially treated plastic is easy to clean and does not easily accumulate dirt to prevent clogging. Four 1.1'' water inlets allow for connection to multiple equipments. 2/5'' O.D. barbed outlet with built-in check valve fits 7/16'' to 2/5'' I.D. tubing. The max drainage water temperature is 158 ℉.
  • Easy To Install and Use - A concise design makes installation simple. You just need to pay attention to install the condensate pump in a horizontal position. If you need to connect the safety switch, please refer to the steps in the manual or hire professional installation personnel to help you. Come with a 20 ft tubing and 4 zip ties, no additional parts need to be purchased.

I purchased one in July of 2024 and it didn’t last one year. When it worked it did quite well keeping up with the dehumidifier. It would purge about four to six times per hour in the summer months. After four to six months it started to struggle , cleaning the holding tank did not solve the problem and the motor/pump noise got louder then just quit. I’ve read good reviews on this unit that’s why I bought it. Maybe I just got a lemon. After writing this review I was contacted by a representative from the manufacturer and issued a replacement at no charge since the pump was less than a year old. Hope for good results with the new unit.

Only been running this condensate pump for about a week now. It’s been amazing. No longer have to drain 5 gallon water jugs twice a day. I have it in a fish tank in case of something happens with the pump. Works as advertised so far. I’ll update this review after I hit the month mark.

I would give a zero if I could, but I can’t. Expected this to work for at least a couple years, but it broke down in less than 1.No power, completely dead and water leaked everywhere. Do not buy from them!

This thing is great for a dehumidifier been in the basement for 6 months and no issues. Pumps the water to my grinder pump and no worries. I absolutely recommend.

I used this for my HAIER twin hose portable AC unit. Most portable AC units have serious condensation problems only cured in humid climates by attaching a hose to the rear middle of the unit.Unfortunately you cannot attach this hose and get it up and out a window without a pump of some kind.Get a 3 foot section of garden hose, plug it straight into one of four provided hose holes in this unit and then run the 5/8 flexible tubing out your window and away from your siding and it will near silently pump out condensate.I live in eastern Canada and humidity here is 60-90 percent during the summer and the units cannot keep up without a way to drain out all that condensation. Not having a pump can lead to leaking into your flooring or carpet and cause major damage.Adding this pump to a floor AC unit dropped my humidity by 30% and its not flooding my floor anymore. Great solution, wish I had known sooner.

Bought this because reviews were good and I needed something with some heft due to 2 furnaces and an ac coil needing to drain.Due to the proximity to the hot water tank, we assumed the hw tank was leaking… my mistake, the water rivulet was so tiny that it was not obvious that it was from the pump. I tested it and the tank would leak at the seam where the top part connects. And the red light light was flashing and there are no instructions to diagnose….long story short, ran to HD and picked up another brand. Bad news…$1200 spent on a hw tank to replace a 2 year old tank…good news…I have a new hw tank…

Had 2 little Giants previously, and both failed less than 3 years each. They aren't put under stress, literally just used for condensate of a furnace, AC and return air humidifier.. This pumps out faster, but only time will tell on its durability. I like the float design better in this pump which is why I bought it.
