In the photo, the staple from this product is on the left.The staple in the middle I had bought last time, but this time I needed more staples and needed pivots. The staple on the right is the original staples installed by the shutter manufacturer.My repairs are done using a channel-lock pliers to squeeze each into the hand-rod used to open or close the slats in unison. These staples easily collapse and become useless. They are also hard to separate from each other if you are using them individually like I am instead of in a staple gun. After a repair today, I checked the install by moving the hand-rod up and down, and heard one "pop" and saw that the new staple was in a bind and one side popped out of the wood. So I'll discard these staples and reorder the ones I had ordered previously (the center one), which worked fine.

The item didn’t fit the type of shutters I have. Can’t tell if it’s my shutters that are none standard size or their item is designed for a different standard size shutters. The quality looked good and probably could have work well if they fit
