Its a wonderful cooking vessel. I love the distribution of heat and the baking use. Nothing burns. From a simple chicken bake to a shrimp etouffee its all good.

Caught up on the price? Well don’t be. This pot is worth every single cent I spent on it. I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift because he has always wanted one. Now I catch myself using it more than he does. It’s versatile being that it can be used stove top or in the oven. It’s also extremely heavy duty. The heat distribution is even and let me tell you…. It gets HOT. We have cooked everything from a pot of chili (stovetop) to authentic Italian dishes like steak pizzaiola & braciole (starts on the stovetop and ends roasting in the oven for hours) in this pot. Every dish has came out flawless. We are already looking into buying a larger version!!!
