Ordered two. Both were missing hardware. One had scratches on it out of the box. One has bad threading and just doesn’t work with any shower in the house even though the other one threads fine on all of them. One of the knobs is loose on one no matter what you do. I wish I hadn’t been too sick to test these earlier, so I could’ve returned them.
