Leaks at the stem end. Apparently, the washer is too thin to tighten against it.

The part that screws onto your existing pipe is fixed, so whatever angle it is when it's tight is the angle you'll be using. Mine is just slight skewed. I wanted the tighteners to be on the opposite side so you could see them as much, but I'm stuck with what I ended up with.

It looks great and would have been nice except that it won't work on my 12” showerhead. I am not able to raise it. It will only work in a straight position and I needed it higher. Sorry, I will have to return it.

Was just the right size to move my shower head out over the chair I put in my shower. Use Teflon tape on the threads and it is a fast 5 minute job to install.
