I recently purchased the DXNQ 14 PCS Spot Weld Cutter Set for drilling out spot welds on my Chevelle, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with its performance. For the price of $16.69, it offers excellent value, especially considering it performed similarly to a higher priced spot weld cutter kit I used recently.The set includes 12 cutters, which can cut on both ends, giving you 24 cutting surfaces in total. It also comes with 3 guide pins, which helped me stay on target during my work. The cutting edges are sharp, and I was able to make several spot weld cuts without them dulling too quickly. The spring-loaded guide pin is a nice feature, as it keeps everything centered while cutting, making the job a bit easier.However, there are a couple of things to note. You’ll need to drill a small hole or use a center punch to prevent the guide pin from sliding to the side, which could affect accuracy. Also, a 2.5mm Allen key (not included) is required to replace the guide pins.All in all, I’m giving this set 4 out of 5 stars for its solid performance, sharpness, and great value.
