I bought 2 rolls and they come rolled up like a cinnamon roll. The first roll twisted as I was opening it up, making it virtually useless and no amount of stretching would straighten it out. The 2nd roll also twisted in some spots but not as bad as the first roll, but those parts are also unusable. So out of 2 rolls, 3/4 of 1 roll is usable. I regret not driving across town to the stained glass supply store to buy quality product. This stuff is garbage!

The product was carefully packaged and exactly what I wanted. Previous vendors sent tightly coiled bent up lead. This vendor does a superb job. It is no wonder they have been in business for over 40 years. Thank you so much for your prompt shipment and customer service.

This is high quality came but it comes in a very tight coil and takes a considerable effort to get completely straight. Even after pulling, I feel I spend an inordinate amount of time straightening it out while building my windows.

They shipped it wound in a tight ball and twisted, I couldn't stretch or straighten it to be usable.
