I ordered a water pump for a motor I'm rebuilding, I ordered the part Aug 29, 2013, I looked at the box upon arrival the numbers on box were correct. I recently started to put part on motor to find it is the wrong part, the number on bottom of part is different than listed on the box. There are no phone numbers to call so I attempted to return through site, instantly received a message can't return part due to purchase date. I wanted to see if I could just exchange it for the correct part since this part will not fit my motor, no way to make contact so I guess I'm just out of luck. Last time doing business with them.
