Too small. Difficult to navigate. Unable to plug connections to laptop, does not fit. No instructions provided.

item arrived quickly however the SD card failed when uploading music. Tried to contact seller via the item page address and went to a different seller. Feedback on the item page was false. Stated 100% 5 stars. A day later when I went to contact the Seller feedback had changed to one star with only 3 ratings. Quickly refunded.

Sadly, this item is not intuitive. It is not easy to figure out how to operate it. And the user manual is no help, either. I contacted the Seller for a more detailed user manual, and they simply sent me what was already included in the package. So disappointing. AND Amazon does not have the correct seller listed. When trying to contact the seller, Amazon's links direct you to a home goods website. I suggest that you try something else.
