The screen did boot up and function as it should, it was initially in chinese and had to navigate the menus for a while attempting to figure out how to convert it to a language I could read. Additionally, seller could have been much more clear about how their shipping works. Seller does not pay duty fees that I had to pay myself (about 10% of total cost). The most frustrating part of this is that I was not notified about the hold on my parcel because of the duty fees. I had to take it upon myself to plug in the tracking number to find the shipping company. Call said shipping company to find out it had been on hold for nearly a week because the seller did not pay the duty fees. Not very pleased with the lack of communication
