I really like this item I loved its Visibility into the shatter platter. I'm giving it a 3 because installed A better clamp to it and tighten it down to the appropriate tightness. it caused the glass to break. Making the item useless and I cannot find just replacement glass.

The 4" borosilicate glass had a small slight chip on the edge. Not only did they send me another sight glass, but they sent me another 4" ferrule and gaskets No questions asked. Hands down, best customer satisfaction. And superior quality
