I make Panettone for friends each Christmas, its cheap therapy! But finding the right molds is a game changer making the presentation even more special. They arrived fast and I have enough for next yr, perhaps. They are well made, able to withstand what is quite a complex dough and the long time for proofing, over 18 hrs, without sagging or falling apart.

My mom says this is perfect size mold! Thank you for sending me one extra after I didn't receive first package. Less than one day and they sent me a new one! Great experience!

I needed the larger wraps. It said large, but these are small. I should have lked closer. They are quite well made however and i will use them for gifting.
