Well 5 stars for the company. I was able to return it without issue. The product however looked amazing but was pretty much unresponsive. Whether or not I'm using the steering wheel controls or the volume knob, it would only move one volume increment at a time with about a 10 to 15 second pause between them. Same with the climate controls. It would take a minute or two of tapping the on screen commands before it would respond and then it was very slow to react to any changes whether that be the temperature, defrost or duct settings. I would have loved to have kept it if it responded quickly but what it came down to is if I'm on the road on a cold wet day and my windows start to fog over. I need to be able to adjust the climate controls before my vision is obstructed and causes an accident.

This worked out perfectly. Yes the installation instructions could have been better, but the help from their product support team got everything working. It took them no longer than a day to reply to my concerns and any subsequent questions. The unit itself brings the FJ into the modern age. In many respects it feels like a new car again. Yes it's pricy but it's still cheaper than going out and buying a new land cruiser. Hope this helps, cheers.

Rear windows defroster does work, unable to program steering wheel controls, fails to connect to Apple CarPlay every other time. It took 3 units to get one that even worked with the climate control. Nice screen quality and size but not worth the frustration.

The unit works as described. It’s basically plug and play. The instructions and manual material are excellent. The unit updated my 2014 FJ better than I hoped it would. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to update their FJ Cruiser.

Legit plug and play. Integrated the AC controls to the stereo unit. Immediately brought my FJ up to date and look and works great. Expensive but highly recommended if u want your interior to look like it came from this decade.

: Backup Camera doesn’t work on my vehicle according to Amazon Support. I wasted my time and this is very disappointing. The seller did not say this was incompatible.UPDATE: Amazon support was totally wrong. The Seller support people were great and fixed the problem asap. Very good support. This system DOES support the backup camera in a Toyota FJ Cruiser. I have it 4 stars because the interface is not intuitive and it’s hard to program and move around screens. The instructions are Typical Chinese incomplete and while the video was helpful it was also incomplete.Once the system is setup it is Excellent. It’s the journey that’s the problem. Good luck on the journey
