It's perfect size and has all the pockets I like but all the internal seams are coming apart so now it's one big pockets. The side pockets have opened up into the main compartment. I'm really bummed about it. The seams on the netting are also coming out so I have to repair those or lose them totally.

Bought this for a trip to Costa Rica as a day bag. I only wish I had gotten a bigger one. It was great. Held my camera, water bottle, small binoculars, iPad and paperwork. It was a little tight, but did its job.

A nice packable travel backpack is something everyone should have.Pros: sits flat against the back; bottom corners squared rather than round to maximize capacity. Stitching and zippers are decent. Does fold easily into provided pouch (see additional comments below).Cons: Main canvas-like material is pretty rough, and not in the 'new fabric and should wear in nicely' type of way, just rough. Folding pouch is not integrated into the bag and is an entirely separate item; it's also somewhat larger than needed for a bag this size (perhaps because the material doesn't compress well?).This one will do the job, but for the same price, better options exist from a space efficiency and materials standpoint.

Bought this light backpack for vacation. It fell apart within 3 days of using it! Both the little bag & the inside of the backpack ripped. Do not purchase!!!
