There’s not much to criticize about these pet food desiccant packs—they do exactly what they’re supposed to do by keeping dry food fresh in automatic dispensers. They work effectively, only need to be replaced twice a month, and provide a hassle-free way to prevent food spoilage. The main issue? The price. A 20g packet of silica gel costs only around $0.03–$0.09 to produce, yet these are marked up significantly. For the best value, I highly recommend buying in bulk or shop around with other sellers.

Great value for this size of desiccant pack. Have been dehydrating things and as summer begins, ramping up concerns about not just drying enough but keeping things from accumulating moisture in the environment when opening and closing jars. These are a fantastic option and have been working well over the last several, rainy weeks.
