The price is low, but the quality is even lower. Nothing in this kit is usable. Recommend avoiding this one and going for a better version.The fuel shutoff valve does not even open, the hose is cheap and not reinforced, the clamps are not sized properly, the oil and fuel filters are small and cheap. The air filter has manufacturing errors that cause it to leak unfinished air.Save yourself the trouble and don't bother with this value priced kit. Either spend more for the Kohler brand maintenance kit, or find a better quality aftermarket kit.

It is nice to have all the pieces in one place as a package. Everything seems to match our Kohler engine, with some noticeable exceptions (listed below). Still, for the price, deserves a 4-star rating.Most noticeably, the oil filter is about half that of the Kohler oil filter. (This is for our lawn mower, it makes a difference.)Fuel hose - cheap. It should have the braided nylon exterior, this one does not.Shut off valve - cheap, snap hose connects and leaks fuel.Be aware of what you are getting and plan accordingly. For the price, could be a quick fix until you can find something more solid.

Great value, although the carburetor was crap. Pricing everything separately was double of not triple the price. Ended up buying another carburetor since this one was defective. Not worth trying to get a replacement as it would take too long and too much headache.
