Unit arrived a bit slow but seller was responsive. Pretty easy to install, comes with roughly 10 ft line set so be sure that you have sufficient line set for your install.Super quiet when operating both inside and outside.

This 12,000 BTU mini split AC/heating system has been a total game-changer for my space. It cools and heats my 700+ sq ft area with ease and does it much faster than I expected. The multiple modes—Cool, Heat, Dry, Fan—are super versatile for year-round comfort, and the added features like Sleep Mode and Turbo Boost are genuinely useful.The unit runs almost silently, especially in Sleep Mode (you can barely tell it’s on), and the remote makes controlling everything extremely convenient. I also love the built-in self-cleaning and defrost features—less maintenance for me, and cleaner air all the time.Installation was smooth with the included kit, and it's pre-charged, which saved time and cost. This unit is great. The outdoor unit is small and super quiet. The air coming out is super cool. I have it mounted in a bedroom on the second floor. When it's running and I leave the door open, it cools the entire second floor, which has two additional bedrooms. I was so pleased with it that I bought another one and even referred it to three of my good friends. It is priced fairly and works better than some of the bigger - name brands. I would continue to refer it to anyone interested in getting a mini - split for their home, office, basement, etc

What a great value for the money. They are very quiet, easy to install and heat and cool like crazy. Also, they are efficient. The noise level is impressively low, barely noticeable even when it's running at full power. Additionally, the temperature it achieves is exactly what I needed - it cools my space quickly and maintains a comfortable environment. Overall, a great product and I would buy again. If you're looking for a top-notch, fast-working air conditioner, I highly recommend this model😘

Love this thing!! I bought this one for my garage/workshop. It works as expected. I have replaced all of my central air with mini splits for the efficiency and room by room temperature control. I really enjoy it, and for the price, it's a great deal.
