This marble rolling pin is fabulous! It's strong, durable, sturdy and reliable!!!! It's so easy and effortless to use and clean! As someone who bakes a lot and makes home made pasta and bread having reliable kitchen tools is very important to me! I've need a new rolling pin for a while and this one is a huge upgrade! The handles are very comfortable to hold. It does still feel like the internal metal rod bends a little bit if I put too much force but, it feels very sturdy and stable. The rolling pin rolls effortlessly with minimal force. What I enjoy most aside from the aesthetic is the natural weight of the rolling pin means I don't have to exert as much force or weight during use. Not only does it look great and feels great but, it functionals beautifully too! It's perfect for making pasta or cookies or what ever your rolling pin needs are! I also love the little wooden holder base that comes with this rolling pin! It's all around impressive and I couldn't recommend it more!

I am in LOVE with how well this works and the design! I love the weight behind it too, this helps really level things out with ease! I love how well it rolls and how easy it is to clean and I love the stand that comes with it to rest it on as well!

This this pin rolls smoothly. It is fairly heavy (it is marble after all), but the weight helps to get dough smoothed down without having to apply as much pressure. The marble grain isn't very contrastive, but it does have lots of movement. Marble also stays cold longer, which can help when working with short doughs, like biscuits or pie crust, getting it more tender and flaky. It is fairly simple to clean. By far the best thing about this rolling pin is the wooden base that matches the handles. I can set it aside without worrying it will roll off the counter, which is extremely useful. The base adds so much aesthetic appeal I would consider using it as a decor piece if I used my rolling pin on a day-to-day basis. I replaced my mom's wooden pin with this one. If it lasts half as long as my antique pin it will be a good investment for my kitchen.

I am no chef or anything, but I am older and make most of my own meals as it's cheaper to make from scratch. I love pizza and have made my own pizza for years. I just had had it with the old wood rolling pin I'd had for years. Dough sticking to it if I don't put a layer of flour on it when rolling the dough out thin. Not that this marble one can roll out pizza dough without flour on the dough itself, but it doesn't stick like the wood one. I also like to make the "3-ingredient bisquits" for my favorite comfort food - sausage gravy and biscuits - and this rolling pin is such a wonderful tool for making them! I roll the dough between two pieces of waxed paper, fold, roll, fold, roll, fold, roll - thats how I get flaky skillet cooked biscuits for a quick, favorite breakfast. I can't say enough good things about changing over from an old wood rolling pin to this marble one - yes, it's heavier, but man, it is worth it's weight in gold to me!!!

Wowza!! After 30+yrs. of cooking for my fam. I finally feel official.. this is the real deal! Set aside how savvy this looks on the counter and how beautiful it is (yes! A rolling pin can be beautiful..!!) This smooth marble has a chilled temp. so, dough sticks less. (*Hack: you can put in fridge prior to use for stickier dough to up the coldness factor and sticking side effect!) Physical weight has a real presence.. which also helps achieve the end goal. Smooth handles and bearing lets this roll smooth and navigate easiky. Rolling pin is full size- as you can see in pics included compared next to my old one! Extra perk is the stand- ideal for display or keeping it from rolling off counter..Would be a perfect wedding or bridal shower gift- Great for Mother's Day or housewarming! Something to elevate the look and end cooking results. $25 gift that would be well received by any who love to work in the kitchen.. Or, those starting out the journey of outfitting a kitchen! This is a heavy duty beautiful Marble rolling pin. It’s the last one you will need. This one weighs 4 lb and a couple ounces. I have a much bigger one and boy is it heavy. This one is just the right size for my hands and the weight. It is smooth and pretty solid marble. It has a little wood stand to sit it on and that is great. If. You have the room you can leave it out on the counter because it is very pretty. I don’t think you will be disappointed if you purchase this one. It’s a thumbs up from me.
