This dough/dumpling/pastry/ravioli rolling pin has an innovative rotating center that makes rolling more convenient. Unlike a non-handled pastry roller, our rolling pins require less pressure. So, you can work on any type of dough without wearing yourself out.

Note: Our rolling pins are not dishwasher safe. Clean with water, wipe with a cloth and let it dry.

I'm not much of a cook, but I do like buying good tools. As such, when my wife needed a new roller I did the research and found this one. As soon as I opened the box I knew I found a winner. Good heft, nice finish and smooooooth rolling! I've had guests who happened to open the draw where this roller is stored and impulsively reached for it and commented, 'Whooa, nice roller'. I mean, like, who comments on a kitchen roller? Well, so far, a few. This roller just screams quality.

It’s a little small and my pie dough wants to stick to it. It rolls well and is light.Cleans up ok, but it’s wood and you need to dry it after washing. I would not put this in the dishwasher.

I received this product and loved it right away, it's great! This rolling pin moves really well works really well! I love how easy it is to are to clean and how it natural and antibacterial!
