It charges the batteries, but it’s 100% slower than the Milwaukee charger which is to be expected. It feels less sturdy than other replacements. Sometimes charging is inconsistent which is frustrating when I need fully charged and ready to go for a job.

I've been using this off-brand charger for my off-brand Milwaukee M18 battery replacements, and so far it's been working well. It charges in reasonable timeWhenever using generic batteries and chargers, I try to be careful not to leave the batteries in any longer than needed (I've had some cases with other batteries where they got overcharged and were ruined, though luckily no fires). Often, either the battery or charger lacks the necessary protection circuitry.However, I accidentally left one of my batteries in this charger for a week, and happily there were no ill effects, so I believe that this charger at least has the right safety circuitry. All in all, an economical replacement for a Milwaukee charger.

Thank you for the opportunity to review this product. I now have three batteries and two chargers. I like to leave one charger at home and take the other one with me. By the other one, I mean this charger from Koomicy.My first impression once I removed it from its box was this thing is pretty big, but it doesn’t really matter as it just sits in my truck and there is plenty of room for it.There is some disconnect in the wording between the manual and the photos found online. Consequently I just wrote them all down, even though I know some of them mean the same thing, just worded differently.1-overvoltage,2-overcurrent,3-overload,4-short circuit protection5-Intelligent detection6-over discharge7-overheating8-over charging9-over circuitThe icons on the front of the charger are a little difficult to interpret as there is no reference to the icons in the products manual. See the copied photo from online for a better understanding of what the icons mean. There is no way I can test to verify the manufacturer claims in respect to the protections offered, so I’ll just have to take their word on itThe build quality is good, it’s at least on par with other similar chargers. There are two lights on top of the charger. The typical red for charging and green for fully charged, See photo.I really don’t have any issues with this product. It does what it claims to do, and to date has not failed. If something should change I’ll update this review, but there’s really not a lot that can go wrong with it. It’s the type of product that either works or it doesn’t.(Update)I’ve been using this product infrequently for a year now and it has recently stopped working. The red/green lights flash on and off (indicating a bad battery) while at other times they don’t come on at all. I’ve also noticed a buzzing noise coming from inside which is concerning. I placed all of the batteries that the charger shows as defective on a second charger and they all tested good and charged correctly. So while originally I gave this charger five stars, I can only now give it one, as it no longer works, but it did foe awhile.
