This seems very strange. I just purchased 2 of these XRP batteries but they do not seat in the original Dewalt charger or the Dewalt tools and they get stuck part way in. The original Dewalt XRP batteries still seat in the charger and tools so it is obviously the batteries. To the eye, these batteries look identical to the original. The 'shaft', connections and general structure of the part that connects to the charger appear identical but they get stuck part way in and never make connection. I used a caliper and measured the width of the rectangular 'guard' around the battery connections. The width on the Dewalt batteries is 17.44mm and the width of these batteries is 17.76. They are obviously manufactured to the wrong dimension.I just read some of the other 1 star reviews and it seems this problem is not just for the ones I purchased but others have had the same problem.It is a real pain in the butt to do so, but looks like I will return them

These are great replacement batteries without breaking the bank. My only issue is they are a little bit tight to remove from the charger and Yes I am using the correct charger for these batteries. Nice to have batteries that will charge again. The original ones both died. Happy with these.
