Really nice design and good features. The hardware they provide is cheap garbage. Fortunately, it is easily replaced with a handful of good screws and locking nuts.

Literally no instructions to sssemble or to use, bar flipped and smashed my finger, likely broken. Literally has just a picture of the parts

I work for a school district and have to be able to hand this over to non experienced people who just need to move something and this item takes a bit of a learning curve to use. The main issue was that the wheel was already bent and the nuts and bolts used to assemble it feel like their made of wet cardboard which I fixed on my own with better hardware. Overall the dolly/cart IS GOOD but again isn't perfect and may need some tiny upgrades to make it really good.

It’s a good sturdy dolly. I don’t have much of a grip because I have carpal and cubital tunnel and I have to have surgeries..Does what I need it to.. I had a little issue but it was resolved quickly with their GREAT customer service. They were very polite and quick to respond. They helped me when they didn’t have to because it was a shipping company problem NOT the dolly company’s problem.
