Structurally very sturdy. What I attempted to move (a conifer with 28" root ball) probably weighed more than the 600 LB rating because the inflated tires couldn't handle it. It was likely more like 800 LB. Subsequently used it to move a lighter B&B tree and it performed great, negotiating an extensive in-grade stairway with 8" risers and 10" run.

Do not buy stair climbers don't work at all and you will have to pay for shipping if you trying to return it

First, don't buy it for the stair climber feature..it doesn't work but more on that later. The truck is very sturdy and well made. The extended front foot is very handy and I really like the pneumatic tires because they move much more smoothly over uneven or rough surfaces than the hard "flat proof" tires. Now the stair climber is very cheaply built. Instead of ball bearings, it uses plastic rollers under the belts. The belt is too big and fits very loosely . This allows the rollers to shift and bind or even fall out. Mine was jammed when received, and I spent 15 minutes getting the rollers back in place and it still wouldn't allow the belts to roll. The belts then would mare the surface edge of the stairs. It really is a worthless feature of an otherwise good product.

The instructions were unnecessary because mine came fully assembled. The extra extension at the base was why I bought it and it did the job well.

It’s ok for the price but you have to be very handy to make the stairs tread work, the inner rollers keeps falling off

My wife needed something to help her move large plants in pots. The platform of the two wheel cart we had wasn't large enough and the plants would fall off. This fold down platform works great for her big pots. For me, I love the stair treads. It was hard to pull a regular cart up a flight of stairs. This one comes up much more easily.

I got this because of the stair climbing rollers, and that feature works great. But 1 tire went flat before the 1st use and I couldn't get the bead to seal on the rim to hold air. I replaced it with a tire from Home Depot and had no more problems on that side. The other factory tire went flat a week later and I'm just going to replace it instead of trying to troubleshoot it. If I can figure out what's wrong with the original tires I'll keep them as back-ups, otherwise they're useless. Returning the entire hand truck, especially since I didn't have space to keep the box it shipped in, wasn't worth it to me.As a hand truck, this is a good piece of equipment. And it's the only one I've seen with the stair climbing rollers so if you're moving heavy boxes up or down stairs I can recommend this. But if this is to be your only hand truck, you may want to have another set of tires on hand because it seems like they could be a common problem.
