Cheap thin material. Did fit around the tree and I covered it with pine straw. Should work for a short time!!!

These lightweight tree mats do not stay in place. You would have to stake them down.

Made out of some kind coated plastic sheet, folded into a 6” square. I’m assuming it came from China because it took so long to get here. Non porous, so no water is gonna get through it. Total garbage! One of the few times I forgot to read the reviews.
