There work ok.I have to tighten them every now and then and the loose flap is annoying at times. But otherwise they work pretty well.

As with most accessories and attachments, the level of function is limited often by the thing you’re trying to put it on. In my case a bullpup PCP that has no provision for a rear sling mount. While it does indeed wrap around nicely and seems to generally work, there is a lot of excess strap in my case that has no good place to go. I should have paid more attention to the location of the buckle as it would have been nicer if it were farther away from the D-ring in my specific use case. But since the configuration mismatch isn’t exactly a fault, it gets five stars.

Well made strong D ring strap for mounting a sling on a firearm.Wish they had a few different lengths included for the price but they work great. You can see it here holding magazines tightly on the mount and also wrap-around the innerstock to create a sling mount D ring.

I bought these thinking there was some Velcro to hold the tail of the strap but they don't.Either way they did What I wanted and I now can put my Henry survival rifle on a sling to carry
