Very comfortable and versatile sling. Great for Long packs steel hardware is sturdy and reliable. Extra ammunition holders last for years.

Bought this for dove hunting because where I hunt in Arizona it is a lot of walking and standing. None of my buddies had slings like me, and they were constantly setting the guns down against the truck or this chair because they got tired of holding it, and the buttstock would get all dusty from the dirt. I was able to comfortably carry and hold my shotgun, as well as quickly raise it to shoot doves when they came by. Overall a great buy, great value, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I'm still searching for the perfect sling but can't beat this one for the $. Make sure when comparing slings that the competitor includes the sling swivels (or whatever they are called) - noticed in retail stores that similar slings at similar prices do not include the hardware to attach to the sling studs - this sling includes the hardware and is ready to go.

I have owned Butler Creek slings for many years. They hold up well, are comfortable and stay on my shoulder. This is the second Alaskan Magnum sling I own and it works great. I will say that eventually the bullet loops may stretch so be aware of this so you don't lose ammunition. Overall great sling.
