I was surprised by how well these worked. I got them to make protein muffins for my kids, but cute to trick them into eating something more healthy at breakfast. I made protein muffins with chocolate chips, putting a scant 1/4 cup in each with a scoop and they turned out well! You could see the faces too and they didn't sink in the middle. I placed the molds on a cookie sheet for easy transfer and stability and did not spray them at all. After removing them from the oven, I let them sit for two minutes. They were warm but not hot and I could touch the silicone molds at that point (not the metal pan though!). I stretched the molds on the sides to loosen the bunnies, then flipped them over. They did not fall out. I had to press the back of the bunnies and pop each one out individually. That was a little annoying, but they did come out well. Only some of the chocolate chips got stuck in the mold. Almost none of the batter stuck and the faces worked out well. I even got some browning despite it not being metal. Overall I am very happy with these and glad I got them.

Great bunny mold and egg mold used for Easter. Easily able to remove chocolate from mold and is a nice size, I love it!
