Works really well. A bit challenging at first to put on, but when you get the right angle, push back the seat cushion enough, you can get it right into the hard plastic seat back.

Don’t make the mistake and buy it thinking it’ll go on the back of your m3p bucket seats, but luckily found a random model y owner and gave it to him and he loved it. 10/10 product holds things on the back of your seat.

A bit of mine came scuffed and I could only get one in.. but they're matte and relatively low-key so whatever. It's hard to find more premium looking ones anyway, and these at least fold out.

Very good design but I would not use it for heavy items. It’s not the fault of the products but the seat design of the Tesla. The plastic backing of the seat will bend outward if you hang heavy items on the hook. It will hold but I am not sure if there will be any damage over time.

Product arrived with half broken box. Both items inside had small scuffs on the right hand side hook. Product seems solid and the appearance is pleasing, but the quality control is obviously lacking.

A perfect fit for my 2025.5 Volvo XC90. Delighted to have found something sleek and unobtrusive, and which appears integral to the car. Love that they fold completely flat for safety when I have middle-seat passengers - other purse hooks don't. I wouldn't mind if they were a little bit larger, but I'm very happy with them as they are.

Update: I ended returning the hook and was confirmed the current design will scratch the back plate of the Tesla seat by the manufacturer. The manufacture is currently working on a gen 2. The manufacture representative did reach back and ended finding an alternative approach, they sent me a Protective leatherette back seat cover they also sell for the Tesla’s plastic back OEM seat cover, and once installed, I can then mount this gen 1 hook addressing any concern of scratching the OEM plastic Tesla back seat cover. It worked out for me, but I must say, if I already have a seat cover which snugs into the back seat panel, plus now this leatherette back protector, plus the hook, the OEM plastic back seat panel ends up having a forced much greater gap between the seat and itself with three layers of third party surfaces tucking between the enlarged gap.Hope with time and heat, the plastic back seat cover doesnt end up warped once its time to sell or remove these add ons. For now I’ll continue with this solution while they work on a gen 2 hook.There is no rubber skin on the back of this hook to keep it from scratching and wearing out the back of the Tesla seat cover. In essence it will be rubbing hard plastic against hard plastic, and will only get worse over time and once you hang things.The fix, the manufacture should simply provide the hook with a rubber back film.

I needed a hook to hold my purse and other small bags in my 2024 Tesla model S. Tesla‘s are known for not having a lot of storage space. What I needed was some type of hook that I could hang behind the driver’s seat and passenger seat. I looked for a variety of hooks, but most of them only fit the Tesla model Y and Tesla model 3, and this hook was no exception. Having looked at the pictures and the configuration of the back of the car seat it appeared that it would also fit a Tesla model S. I figured what do I have to lose, especially because there was free returns. Once I received it, I immediately installed it in the car. It was a little tight to install but I managed to install these purse hooks. Hooks fit nice and snug on the back of the passenger seat and driver seat. These hooks are not going anywhere. I will update over the next few weeks if changes in my review need to be made. But as it stands, I think it will work out.
