the seller Sungrando shipped only 1 of frames for the 2 pack product. all attempts to contact them is blocked by amazon. I tried to talk to the amazon reps, after 5 emails and 2 chats, all tell me that sungrando refuses to respond and insists that they can not have sungrando send me the missing 1 pack. they also refuse to do a partial refund that will cover the cost of shipping the single frame order.The product itself is ok, but the seller Sungrando is awful and fails to make any attempts at communication. the product was not really even worth the price but I initially wanted the exact A3 size. Now I don't care enough and instead got a 18x13 frame with storage that is significantly cheaper and arrives in 2 days, not 20. (yes, twenty. it took literally 20 days to arrive).I do not recommend buying this product at all.If you read this review, take my recommendation to find the bigger cheaper frame that ships 10 times faster and 30 dollars less. Don't waste your time with this product.

I ordered this is march!! It’s june and it still hasn’t arrived- I don’t have the option to cancel because it is “still arriving”. I really just want them to arrive because I would still like them!!
