I don't know what happened here, but I find this item just misses altogether for me. It simply doesn't make sense.To be honest, the best case use scenario I have for this is as a knee pad if I am doing gardening or weeding or some other groundwork, going forward. To use as an athletic support accessory, no. Not happening.First, and I was afraid of this, the sizing chart is a disaster. I went with their measurements, which set me at XXL. At the same time, it's a compression item, so it should have some tightness to it. Well, I have this now fairly loose fitting knee-pad, which provides no support and in truth, doesn't feel good at all.That brings me to the experience of wearing it, itself. It feels terrible. The fabric supporting the pad is super thin and stretchy, which cannot possibly provide quality support. That and the pad itself feeling so cheap, I am thoroughly at a loss.I don't even know how to recommend ordering a proper size, to be clear. I guess I would say order as you might under a normal circumstance. I would normally go with a medium or large, and that might have shifted my experience quite a bit. As it stands, if you want to give it a shot, do not go with their recommendations, they're easily going to have you 2-3 sizes too large.Hope this helps.
