These large sized, covered, inflatable pool noodles are fabulous! They're perfect for my aerobicizing in my pool. I was using the big pool noodles up until my last 2 started flaking and cracking from years of use in the chemically treated pool water. These two new inflatable noodles may start to lose air (or even pop at some point) but these two will never flake and cause me to have to skim the surface of the pool and check the filter for days as I try to get the debris out of my water.I love the nylon sleeve that prevents the plastic tube from sticking to the user’s skin. I appreciate that these covers also offer another layer of protection to prevent the inner plastic noodle tubes from scratches or possible punctures to some degree. I also like that it will be easy to clean the outer sleeves of this set if one of the noodles drops into the dirt while carrying it or blows out of my pool should I forget to remove it when I climb out of the water.I was a huge fan of the extra-large plastic foam noodles for many years, but that type of swimming noodle has been shrinking in size for the last four years, until they have now become too small for the types of exercises I liked to use them for. These newer large, inflatable tube noodles are a perfect thickness and length, and I can adjust the air in them to make them even more functional. They were prices at just under $20 at the time of my purchase bringing the cost to just under $10 per item. I'm hoping to have these for several pool use seasons which will make these a good value to me. They're very light and are just a few oz in weight when they're deflated and dry. I'm going to be packing this set on all my summer road trips, in fact I may just have to get a second set so I can keep one in the car so I'm never without an opportunity to enjoy some water fun during the warmer seasons of the year.In my pictures, I wanted to show you how big these noodles really are. Even though they deflate and roll into a size that will fit into a Ziplock qrt. baggie, when this noodle is inflated it stands as tall as my Costco broom. It's taller than my 4-yr old. and when the kids are using it for a pillow on the living room floor as they watch TV, there is room for 3 to 4 of them to rest their heads with room between their shoulders (so no is "touching or bumping" each other"). This means that these noodles could actually be used as a back-up pillow on road-trips or cruises for those with neck, shoulder, or knee issues. (How cool is that?) This set has many types of usage possibilities!I'll be recommending this covered, inflatable pool noodle set to all my friends and am happy to point out their good value and versatility and to recommend them to you as well.
