I am a man. I looked at all the photos that accompanied the product description on the Amazon website. They show adults and children wearing this product on their wrists. However, it is so tight and small for some men. It only leaves an interior space for a wrist that is 2 inches deep and 2 & 1/2 inches wide. The end of the band has to go on the inside. It makes it that much more difficult to put on and also to take it off. This product should be made with an adjustable size Velcro wrist band. I buy a lot of things on Amazon and very rarely return items.

These lights are very helpful to be seen in the dark. They're comfortable and adjustable to wear. There are different flash modes to choose from. I bought them so the bus driver can see me standing on the dark corner in the evenings. It works!

I got these to wear for my Zumba glow parties. They're very bright and colorful. I've worn them anout 6 hours and havent had to charge them yet.

These lights are nice but they are for your wrist not legs as it states. My husband uses them looped around his leg pant guards to illuminate him while he bikes to work. He has received compliments from others about them. Since they are pink, they can serve as a reminder of support for Breast Cancer Awareness. I like that they have three different modes and both have an individual charger, so no looking for unusual batteries! They arrived with some charge, and worked right out of the box. With their size they would probably be more suitable for children, but they have been working just fine for our needs.

No adult could wear this around their wrist unless they were anorexic. It's so small, I can barely get it around my dog's leg.
