We used this Silicone roof vent to replace an old leaky air vent boot. This silicon boot has the pipe sizes marked on the boot and you just cut it to the size you need. The silicon stretches and forms a tight seal like an o-ring when you insert it over the air vent pipe. It also comes with screws and a hex bit to attach the base plate to the roof. We added some roof silicone sealer around the base plate for extra waterproofing. The package contains two silicon vent caps. For the 2 items screws and hex bit this kit represents good value for money. This is a good quality product and was a quick and easy fix for our leaking roof.

Just like the hardware store! Needed these for a metal roof installation. Quality is good and screws and a driver for them are included. Price is just about the same as the hardware store and these are delivered to my door!
