good material a bit confusing as i thought these worked to compress better , hole just lets air out confusion easy with the zippers when you're handicapped

These organizers are great for storing off season bedding and clothing. The fabric is a good way to store items that may need to 'breathe' like suede. There are air vents with metal grommets and sewn-in handles to make carrying easier. They aren't as "ultra" space saving as vacuum bags because you don't get all of the air out but, they do store twice as much in the space of half of the cube. Zippers work well and are the mechanism for compacting the contents. The two pack is a good value.

In my photos, I've placed a king comforter and a twin XL comforter into the bag and then compressed it. There's definitely room to spare, I think it could accommodate 2 king comforters pretty easily.The trick is once you have placed your items in the bag and zipped up the top - flip it upside down and them start zipping up the compression zipper. It's SO much easier that way, I was having trouble zipping it up until I tried this then it became quite easy.The bag has zero structure on its own and doesn't look nearly as neat as the listing photos show. However considering these are for storage and are meant to go into a closet it's just fine with me. The fabric is sort of a shiny satin-y material. The zippers work well and everything seems well sewn, as long as you're not trying to fit a crazy amount of stuff in it I think it will hold up well! They definitely make organizing my linen closet a lot easier and it looks a lot neater too. I'm pleased with them and would recommend.

Die Idee zur Kompression fand ich eigentlich gut, die Umsetzung ist nicht so, wie ich es gedacht habe. Man bekommt einen großen Würfel, der durch einen zweiten Reißverschluss vergrößert werden kann. Der Würfel wird befüllt, mit dem Reißverschluss geschlossen und dann komprimiert durch Schließen des zweiten Reißverschlusses. Das funktioniert aber nur, wenn der Würfel voll ist. Beim ersten Mal hatten wir den Würfel nur zur Hälfte gefüllt, da wird dann überhaupt nichts komprimiert. Die Grundgröße des Würfels bleibt immer bestehen, auch wenn er leerer ist.Also haben wir den Würfel gefüllt und dann den Reißverschluss geschlossen - was gar nicht so einfach war. Alleine hätte man da schon gar keine Chance, stückchenweise wurde der Würfel eingedrückt, zusammengehalten und immer wieder ein Stück der Reißverschluss geschlossen. Wer schon mal versucht hat, einen gut gefüllten Koffer zu schließen, der weiß, was das für eine Arbeit ist.Wir hoffen jetzt nur, dass das Material auch hält und nicht irgendwann reißt - so richtig wurde die Luft ja nicht herausgepresst, sondern einfach nur die Sachen innen zusammengepresst.
