These infusers are neat in their spring loaded design. Loading them is fairly straightforward but you can really only get a single serving into each.I found they still allow fairly high amounts of fines to leak into the drink. Tea bags generally have very low sediment, and filtered tea is next best, these are below that alongside the standard mesh balls i've used before.Overall it's pretty cool and maybe a little easier to load with one hand or on the go (like at a campsite or other travelling?) but it's filtering of fines is average at best.

Great quality. These work well for loose leaf tea or fine powder like rice flour or powdered sugar. The mechanism works smoothly. It's nice having two for when hubby and I are both in the mood for tea.

I keep one of these in my flour container and one in my powdered sugar container. They are great for dusting. Having one in the flour container is especially useful when dealing with a sticky sourdough. I can add more flour to my surface with one hand and it’s a nice, thin, even dusting.

These tea balls come in a two pack and are large. Since they are metal with holes punched, they infuse a little slower than mesh. I can not swish them around as vigorously in the cup due to their larger size, but they are good for large pieces of whole, loose leaf tea. There is no struggle to get the leaves to fit. Although these tea balls are mostly stainless, there are two parts (the syringe-like handles) that do not appear to be stainless, but chrome. I don’t know what they are made of, but a few pieces of silvery paint flakes fell out when I pulled them out of their packaging. I washed these tea balls on the bottom rack of the dishwasher before using and they washed well. I have been using them daily with no problems. They are a good value.

This tea strainer looks really nice in your cup as it has a bright stainless steel.I do have a bit of concerns about the spring inside of the handle, and if that gets rusted, you will not be able to tell and immerse your drink into it. Another concern is it's actually hard to clean as the two haves do not come apart. But I guess with a tea strainer you don't really need to wash it too often. The holes of the strainer are not that small so if you have fine particles in your tea, it will get through also.

Ordered these as an Easter basket stuffer for a growing young man whose not as much into the kiddy stuff anymore. These may end up being a double-edged sword. They open via a spring (you pull it back, opening the ball as one half slides upwards.) While it is otherwise wonderfully made, my -only- caveat is that it might be easy to fidget or catch it on the side of your cup, spilling your leaves. Likewise, if you're forgetful and leave the leaves in there for too long, cleaning may be problematic, also. However, so far so good, so we'll cross that bridge when we get to it!

My husband is obsessed with this tea scoop. It honestly is fun to use and you could scoop whatever substance you wanted. Works great with powdered sugar, could be used to sprinkle flour for rolling out dough, could grab a cherry from a bowl... you could probably even use it for a kids game of grabbing items from a pool of water. I'm honestly excited about this thing. It works perfectly, the metal will last for an eternity, it is oddly amusing!
