Although the portion sizes are correct, the craftsmanship and quality of this product is very poor. They bend very easy, and form rust, which should not happen to any type of stainless product.

The 2 pack of Portion Control Measuring Spoons (ASIN: B0DH2T94QG) are clearly marked for their volume of 4 ounces. The volume was verified using a calibrated beaker. The handles are coated, making them easier to hold and to reduce the transfer of heat. I would have liked the handles to be a bit larger/thicker to reduce hand fatigue from long periods of use.The spoons are good for light to medium use, as for serving meals in a day care operation. I feel they are too light weight for more intense use, such as serving hundreds of meals daily, as in a public school. Additionally, they are good for items like green beans and canned fruit. However, they would be challenged when used for items like mashed potatoes and spaghetti.
