Very small tank and the burner is a bit flimsy (should offer a thicker version for 24hr operation), Hopefully it will hold up in time as far as burner durability. Can adjust easily to very bright without black smoke, which is impressive with these flat wick lamps (i regret buying the round wick version of this lamp) :) Nice item to add for apocalypse!!Edit: Tank only lasts for 1 1/2 day ti'll re-fill. The dome lip on the burner can be removed for oil efficiency. Should last 3+ days. The burners aren't situated straight and so is the flame. The burner always produces a bit or more soot with the lip on the burner.Edit: The lamp without the lip (note: only used for altar lighting, not power outages) can last up to 5days straight until kerosene runs out on the wick. It's still brighter than the rounded wicked lamps that they sell and the flame regulator is more robust, thanks the the flat wicked design. Just a slight preparation to the APOCALYPSE!!! Good customer support as well from this company :)

Works well. My first oil lamp. At first my wick was burning too fast and I couldn't lower it to right height. I had to mix the paraffin with half olive oil so that the wick would soak it up better, now it works perfectly.

I absolutely love it. Just watch out for when you blow out the flame you can burn your hand on the glass. I learned this the hard way.
