Small candles within clay lamps. They’re so cute - and well made.I have a spiritual practice with a little altar, and I use these during meditation.I wanted ghee - and these are indeed ghee candles.Ideal of meditation, puja, etc…Very good value! And once the ghee is finished, I can simply top them up with more ghee and wicks!

Clay pots are actually very nice. Not a shiny glossy glaze finish. A nice dull mat clay finish. And it looks very nice. Nice tiny shape.

These are cute little clay pots. I ordered them because they reminded a bit of biblical oil lamps. They do not have a scent. They are pretty tiny though, smaller than a tealight.I ordered these for the yellow color as I light a candle during evening prayers of the color that corresponds to the liturgical calendar. Yellow/gold is one of the colors. These will work perfect for what I intend to use them for. However, if want a candle that will last more than 30 minutes or so, these is not for you.

If you want a tiny terra-cotta-like potlet for, say, a 30-minute daily puja ritual, one of these should do the trick. But around 30 minutes is all you'll get. They are NOT, contrary to the ad claim, "long-lasting". The wicks are the thickest wicks I've ever seen in a candle of any size, which probably explains why the wax fuel disappears so quickly. But I'll give'em this: the flames ARE bright, like it says in the ad.All the above doesn't really matter to me, though, personally, because I didn't get them for endurance. I got them because of the unique shape and the fact I like natural materials for candle holders. So I'm going to use these up (I could burn them all in 30 to 40 minutes if I lit them all at once), then substitute my own wax blend in them. One more thing. They arrive with the bottom of each potlet glued to the cardboard-like base of the tray. When you pull them off, the glue and some of the paper comes up, too. Fortunately, you can get rid of that unevenness-producing fact by soaking the bottoms in a bit of water for around 15 minutes or so. Then it comes right off, and they sit evenly on whatever surface you're using. In all fairness to the maker, I've never bought anything like this, so I have no reasonable basis of comparison. And seeing as they're ideal for my purpose of using them with my own wax blend, despite their brief lives and gluey uneven bottoms if not water-treated, I'm only taking off one star. So 4 it is. They'll make terrific little "baby pots" for probably the kitchen window sill and other such places, especially once refilled with a different colored wax.
