How to reset your personal combination:
1, Press the lock core to open the Carabiners w/ original combination 0-0-0.
2, Look into the core and find the little black button in the core.
3, Press the little black button w/ ball-pen and hold on the posotion
4, set your personal combination, please turn the number to the middle of the short vertical lines.
5, Repeat above to reset if needed

So one of the carabiners did reset like it should do that I could make my own combination and works fine. The other one doesn’t work at all. It only worked on the zeros, the I reset it to my own combo just like the other one and no matter how many times I try, it’s locked and won’t work. Shotty. They need to fix this.

Horrible. Both of them locked and wouldn't unlock after only a few uses. Had to saw through them!
