It is nice to have something more tactical for remember things but it smuges the ink from whatever was last written. Still usable but it will only look new once.

Its a nice idea. I needed something like this for my ADHD. The only thing is, as soon as I put it on, it smeared some. I don’t know if I need to let it dry for a few moments or no. I wear a lab coat at work so we’ll see how practical it will be there. I was hoping that I could wear it and then wipe it vigorously to clean it. I def won’t have to try hard to clean it off. At home though, it should be fine.

As a post-menopausal woman with ADHD (yes, it’s real and, yes, the lack of estrogen matters!!!!), I can quickly jot down ideas then slap it on my wrist and head out to storage … and return with EVERYTHING I NEEDED in ONE trip! We’ve now ordered another set for someone else in the household.

I got these in hopes it would help with my ADHD. I have a tendency to lose my to do lists. They have been great when I can actually get motivated to do things. My only complaints are they make my wrist sweaty if I leave the house wearing them, so then I have to remove them and that defeats the purpose. I also have a hard time cleaning them. The included eraser removes 90% of the ink but there is still a “ghost” left. So I will be attempting to clean them soon and will update for future users. These would probably be great for kids, as well. The thing I have loved the most about these is I also have depression and often times have a hard time getting things done, if my ADHD even allows me to. I use the 10 slots to also show myself that I am doing more than my brain is perceiving. If I do anything productive, even small, even something selfcare like take a shower(which might not be a big deal to most but is a huge deal with depression), I put that down. Seeing items in the slots helps me process that I’m not just wasting away my life and doing nothing, which contributes to the cycle of depression. Baby steps are steps. Overall these things are great, if I could just find a better way to clean them I’d be all set! Definitely recommend!!!

I’m the person who makes a list and feels like I’ve completed it already—NOT! Out of sight, out of mind …This list is in sight, in mind. Mostly, anyway. About once a week, I erase done stuff and add new items. The pen’s a little fussy, the eraser works quite well, and I’ve figured out how to keep it comfortable on my wrist. I always have multiple tasks to choose from and I’m actually getting stuff done. So, a novelty, but a good one.

Theses are the best! So easy! I use them every time I go to the grocery store. Easy to erase even with your finger! It won’t get lost because it’s always on my wrist!

What a convenient way to write quick notes working in the ER! Don't have to worry about loosing paper notes. I miss it if I'm not wearing it.Surprised that it doesn't cause sweating. It does get stained with the ink over time. Tried alcohol to clean it, but it didn't work.
