So for my first ever cat scratching post I bought the simple Amazon Basics Cat Scratching Post, Medium, 15.75" x 15.75" x 31.5"H ----First pictureAs you can see, she is WORN OUT. My hope was to just buy replacement parts and I came across this product! It definitely fits! (Second picture)The only thing I had to do was unscrew the bolt from the base of my first post, and use the screw that came with this new post so it could attach to the new parts. Worked like a charm!

Well the cat loves them and it fits our cat condo fine. It's a little taller, but works great. I liked the price and so much easier than having to clue rope. I just move the top to the bottom scratch area and replace the top. They last about 4-6 months with our cats.

These have held up so well that we will probably order more. We have three cats, and all of them scratch the living heck out of these. So far we can get about 5 to 6 months of use before we have to replace them. I mean for the cost of these to replace every 6 months compared to my furniture is priceless.

My cats really love destroying anything I buy for them, so the original posts on my cat tree were literally demolished within a week. I got one of these to replace their favorite (and most damaged) pole, and even though they’ve given it their best shot, it’s held up!

Was so glad to find this replacement, instead of having to shop and find the right scratching post! I gave it 4 stars because the top of the post doesn’t have a lot of sisal. Our cats love the post and we are glad!
