This served the purpose for which it was purchased, which for us was to knock bird's nests out of trees approximately 15 feet above our heads. No hate toward the birds, but they were pooping everywhere and making a toxic mess that our animals were walking through in the back. (Fastest way to encourage them to move elsewhere is to remove their nests.)Pros and cons of this item:1. Price is reasonable2. It gives 16 feet of extension (not 20)3. All the pieces screw together firmly4. It's wobbly at the far end (don't think that could be avoided) so would be challenging to use for say, washing and fully squeegeeing a second story window. But could work to remove a bit of dust at that height if you aren't too fussy.

What a great deal. All brushes are well made and easy to add to the poles. Each pole is sturdy and when connected to the other poles, it makes reaching high areas easy. Worth every penny.

This product is AMAZING! It can actually reach my high ceilings and easily cleans the spider webs. You won't be disappointed. It also comes with a few different attachments.

The poles are flimsy but they do the job. There is a nice assortment of attachments.

I am using this to get up to 18 foot ceilings. It is very easily reaching the spider webs and dust. I like that it is easy to store and breaks down into pieces. It is still very sturdy for the long reach.

Did the job I needed it to do but it’s so cheaply made, I don’t think it will last. Price was right though.
